Is the payment secure?

Can my order be delivered anywhere?

DoggyKings delivers worldwide. Your order is shipped within 24 to 48 open hours after the confirmation of your order. You must add the delivery times. (Please check the page about delivery and returns)

How to cancel or edit an order?

If you want to cancel or edit an order, please contact us immediately using the contact form below, mentioning the following: order identification number, and your request for modification or cancellation.

Please note that no order changes can be accepted once it is already processed and shipped.

My order has not arrived yet, how can I track it?

I have a problem with the order I received, what can I do?
